We understand that photo sessions, especially with little ones, can be a bit overwhelming. That’s why we take care of everything—from posing guidance to creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We’ll keep things light and enjoyable, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and looks their best!

Based on our experience, kids can be unpredictable, and that’s completely normal! To help keep things running smoothly, we recommend bringing someone along to assist—whether it’s to adjust your outfit, fix your hair, or get those genuine smiles from your little ones. Having an extra pair of hands can make a big difference. And don’t worry if your child isn’t in the mood—we’ve worked with many families and know how to create a relaxed, fun atmosphere to capture beautiful shots, even in those tricky moments. If your helper wants to join in the photos, we can always add them in for a small fee on the day!

Our packages allow for up to 4 adults and 6 children, depending on the option you choose. Need to add more? You can add extra adults or children for CA$30-60.

Yes! Pets are welcome for an additional CA$50, payable at the studio. Let us know if you're bringing your furry friend to prepare the set.

Yes! The Deluxe, Premium, and Ultimate packages allow for 1-2 outfit changes. If you’d like to add more, additional changes are available for CA$40. The reason for this fee is that outfit changes require extra time to manage, and it adds complexity to ensure all the images are captured within the session. Plus, you'll receive more edited photos due to the increased variety, so we allocate more editing time to deliver the best results!

Yes! You can opt for the Image Non-Usage option for CA$40, which ensures your photos will remain private and won’t be used in any promotional materials or shared on social media. The reason for this fee is that our business typically relies on showcasing client photos for marketing. When opting out, we respect your privacy and forgo a valuable promotional opportunity, which is why we charge this fee.

We understand that life happens—whether it’s due to illness, car trouble, or other unforeseen events. If you need to reschedule, a CA$75 fee will apply to cover the cost of reserving the studio and the photographer’s time. You’ll be able to choose from our remaining available slots, and if we can’t fit you in this year, the rescheduling fee will be collected, and the rest of your session fee will be held as a credit for future use. We’ll do our best to accommodate you!

You’ll receive an email with a link to your online gallery within the delivery timeframe specified in your package. The gallery will remain active for 1 year from the day you receive the photos. We encourage you to download them, as they will be automatically deleted after 1 year. If you’d like to keep the gallery active beyond 1 year, you can purchase our extended online storage option for $50 (taxes included), which covers hosting fees for an additional year (2 years total)
